Like every Mac user and journalist, Tonya Engst of TidBITS and Take Control Books paid special attention to the release of Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, and the coverage it received…and didn’t always like what she saw. Tonya reviews the kind of reporting that Snow Leopard generated and reveals why it made her grumpy. Was the advice Mac users were given about upgrading realistic?
