I have just been listening to your podcast with the Northeast Ohio Apple Corps.

You came to a section about switchers and I was rather annoyed when windows users or switchers were reffered to as impatient! I can remember getting my first Mac Mini just over a year ago and I loved it, now I’m no slouch as a computer user but the right click thing that was mentioned should be one that IS POINTED OUT to switchers especially if they are buying a MAc from an Apple Store, it IS NOT OBVIOUS for the average switcher, equally sitting in front of a keyboard thinking where on earth is the # key can be really annoying :-)
So please don’t refer to switchers or windows switchers as impatient, as the ad says they “just want it to work”.

    Keep up the great podcasts.
